Document and email templates

Doc & Email Templates (under Website) designs the paperwork and emails the app produces. One shared brand feeds both.

Your brand

Brand & logo on this screen holds the logo, business name, website, from-email, phone, address, hours, an accent colour, the warranty line, your review link and the receipt footer. These fill the {{business.*}} merge fields everywhere, so changing your phone number here changes it on every receipt and email.

Use a transparent PNG on a light background for the logo; it reads best in email.

Documents

The Documents (PDF) tab designs receipts, invoices, quotes and trade-in documents. Each is a stack of blocks with a to-scale preview beside the editor:

Block Holds
Logo header Your logo and a line of text
Title and meta rows The heading, date, reference number and who served the customer
Parties The customer on one side, your business on the other
Line items The items, with an optional discount column
Totals Subtotal, tax and total, with optional loyalty lines
Payment and note How it was paid, and a note
Rewards call to action A closing message, optionally with a QR code

Add, reorder and remove blocks, choose the paper size (receipt roll or letter, for example) and click Save documents.

Emails

The Email tab holds the emails the app sends, grouped as Repairs, Service calls, Orders, Billing, Account and Marketing. Edit each one's subject line and blocks: heading, text, button, callout box, order summary, links row, divider, spacer and custom HTML. Give it an accent colour and check the preview, then click Save emails. The same templates are used when the server sends.

Merge fields

Text accepts merge fields in double braces, such as {{doc.no}}, {{doc.date}}, {{business.name}}, {{repair.ticket}} and {{tradein.cash}}. The Merge fields tab lists every field you can use.
