Is CVN ERP for sale yet?
Not yet. It runs a real repair shop every day while we get it ready for other shops. Leave your email on the pricing page and we will email you once when sales open.
Who is it for?
Computer repair shops and small IT stores that fix devices, sell hardware and accessories, and may also do on-site work, refurbishing and trade-ins.
Do I need to be online to use it?
Your staff and customers need to reach your server. The app contacts the licence server only to activate and to check for and download updates, and keeps working if that server cannot be reached.
Where is my data?
In your own MariaDB or MySQL database and your uploads/ folder, on your own server. We do not host or receive your business data. The app only contacts the services you connect, such as your mail service or Square.
Will an update overwrite my data?
No. Updates replace code only, after backing up the current code. Your database, uploads, website content and settings are left alone. See Updates and renewals.
Can I run more than one shop?
One licence covers one production domain plus one staging domain. Local and test hosts do not count. See Licensing.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. Set your business profile once and your name and logo appear in the console, the portals, receipts, invoices, emails and your website. See Business profile and white-label.
Does it work on a phone?
The admin console has a phone layout with a bottom tab bar, and the repair tracker, client portal, employee portal and your website work on any screen.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Yes. Settings & Secrets › Import Data reads CSV exports of customers, products and repair tickets. Exports from RepairShopr and RepairDesk map without edits, and a dry run shows what will happen first.
Is payroll available for every province?
The payroll engine covers CPP, EI and federal income tax for all of Canada, but provincial income tax only for Ontario. See Payroll.
Do I need a card processor?
No. You can record cash, debit and card payments by hand. Square adds terminals, online checkout and invoice payment links. See Payments.
