Campaigns, reviews and newsletters

CRM and marketing

CRM & Marketing (under People) brings your customers, newsletter subscribers and website contact-form leads into one contact list, merged by email. It has six tabs:

Tab What it holds
Overview Contacts, email subscribers, SMS-reachable contacts, segments, active automations and campaign delivery
Contacts Every contact with lifecycle stage, sources, channels, lifetime value and tags
Segments Saved audiences built from rules
Campaigns One-off email or SMS sends to a segment
Automations Always-on journeys, such as a welcome series, a post-repair follow-up and a win-back
Settings Sender identity, quiet hours, a daily send cap, and the compliance footer and opt-out text

Segments

A segment matches all or any of its rules. Rules can use lifecycle stage, loyalty tier and points, lifetime value and spend, days since the last visit, repairs booked, email and SMS consent, preferred channel, do-not-contact, tags, birthday, business accounts, city and source. A live count shows how many contacts match while you edit.

Campaigns and automations

Create a campaign, choose email or SMS, pick a segment, write the message, check the audience size and send or schedule. Automations switch on and off individually; Edit message changes their subject and text.

Messages are queued and sent in batches by the sending job in Scheduled jobs, outside your quiet hours and within your daily cap. Every customer email carries unsubscribe, privacy and terms links.

Review requests

The Reviews tab on the Loyalty screen asks customers for a public review, for example on Google.

  • With auto-request on, a request is queued when a repair ticket is closed. Settings choose the platform, the channel (email, SMS or both), a delay in hours and bonus points for a review.
  • Request review sends one by hand.
  • Requests move through queued, sent, clicked and reviewed (or declined). The counters show requests sent, click-through and reviews left.

Newsletters and alert subscribers

Visitors subscribe to product alerts, blog alerts or both from your website. The sign-up form drops bot submissions with a hidden field and a timing check.

  • Alert Subscribers lists them with their preference. Add, export or remove subscribers here.
  • Newsletters composes a broadcast: a subject, the body and an audience (everyone, product alerts, blog alerts or hand-picked). Save it as a draft, then send.

Social posts

Social composes a post, keeps a calendar of drafts, scheduled and published posts, and stores a connection for each page or profile. Scheduled posts are released by the social job in Scheduled jobs.
